  Bought brushes online,no confirmation email,and after 5 days cancelled order as no items had come,then 5 days later(total 10 days,they posted soon as I cancelled)brushes came.
  Sent brushes back signed for and can see they signed for items 5 days ago and still no refund.
  Looks like I've lost £60 pounds plus my signed for postage costs.
  Will not use again.
